Libra Solar Festival Gathering

The halfway point  of the year invites reflection on what we can reap from the seeds planted in Aries.

In the Northern hemisphere, harvest has begun. The success or failure of the crops planted in the spring depends, initially, on planting the right crop at the right time in the right way and in the right location. Did we seed our intentions well in Aries?

During the summer on a crop farm, very little can be done to improve one’s lot if errors were made at the outset. The summer is for tending and weeding. Farmers (and we who eat), as much as they would wish it, can do nothing about the external circumstances  (weather, viruses, invasives, economics, politics, prices, etc) of the growing season.

How have we tended our seeds? What weeds/unwanted plants have we taken out? Have we taken them out by the roots?

How have we taken in the external circumstances? Have we been swayed by them or have we remained steady, knowing what we can and cannot influence?

Right choice is always made when one is aligned with the will-to-Good.

This full moon we gather under the Banner of Peace and endeavour to bring opposing forces into yet greater harmony. Like a murmuration, we find ourselves increasingly in the flow of the group.

There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way. There is no way to peace, peace is the way. There is no way to enlightenment, enlightenment is the way.
